Accessology is currently serving as the accessibility consultant for the modernization of Love Field Airport. Accessibility compliance throughout the project will include design consultation meetings, preliminary reviews of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (phase I, II and III) and final inspections. Construction Costs: $196M

Accessology was selected to provide comprehensive access compliance consulting for a capital development program that includes the modernization of the four original Terminals (A, B, C and E). The four buildings together represent about 3.5 million square feet. Accessibility compliance throughout the project will include design consultation meetings, preliminary reviews of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (phase I, II and III) and final inspections. Construction Costs: $2B

Tarrant County College District, Downtown Campus – Fort Worth, TX - Current

Accessology was chosen as the accessibility consultant to assess the schools and report all findings to Magellan, Inc. as part of the budgetary process for FWISD school bond program.  All reports were completed and sent to our client ahead of planned schedules.  As a result of this preliminary project, our firm has been included as the access compliance for the Fort Worth ISD 2006 Bond Program which is currently being implemented.

Collin County Justice Center 2005-Present

Accessology was selected to provide access consulting for this $46 million new construction County Justice Center consisting of courtrooms, detention spaces and administrative functions. Services provided included 50% CD, and final CD review, preliminary on-site inspections, (phase I, II and III) and final inspections. Currently we are providing access consulting and services on a $32 million addition.

Las Cruses NM Federal Courthouse 2001-Present

Accessology performed accessibility consulting services for the project including review of all access design elements of the new courthouse at 50% CD, and 90% CD phases to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local codes and standards and site inspections to verify compliance during facility construction upon request.

Hunt County Courthouse & Gregg County Courthouse 2003-2007

Accessology performed state required plan review and inspection services for Hunt County Courthouse, as well as 124^th and 307^th District Courts in Gregg County.

Accessology was chosen to be the accessibility consultant for this new 192-bed hospital, imaging center and physicians building to serve residents in west Houston. Accessology attended design consultation meetings and provided preliminary reviews of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (throughout all phases of construction) and final inspections.

Children’s Medical Center – Plano, TX  2006-2008 

Accessology was selected as the preferred accessibility provider for this new hospital featuring 36 beds, 4 state-of-the-art operating rooms, 24-7 emergency services, and full-service laboratory, pharmacy and imaging services. Services included preliminary reviews of schematic design, design development, 50% CD, and 90% CD phases, preliminary on-site inspections, (throughout all phases of construction) and final inspections.

The Heart Hospital Baylor – Plano, TX   2003

Accessology was chosen as the accessibility provider to complete all plan reviews and inspections on this 198,000 square foot, 68-bed cardiovascular facility on 4.9 acres in Plano.
