The New ADAAG
The New ADAAG offers a side by side comparison of the current ADA Accessibility Guidelines and the New ADA Accessibility Guideline scheduled to be released into the FINAL phase of the legislative process on or around April 1, 2008. These will soon become the enforceable standards for all buildings and will effect just about every project built. This study will help you learn how to integrate the new standards into your design and what to do when your state requirements differ from the new federal requirements. Scheduled dates are as follows:

Fair Housing and Residential Design Requirements
Accessology will be presenting an in-depth study of the application of the Fair Housing Act. The Fair Housing and Residential Design Requirements seminar presents modules on both interior and exterior design compliance.
